The resolution of Public Grievances has always been a top priority of the Government. The Department of Redressal of Public Grievances, Government of Himachal Pradesh took advantage of ICT enhancements and came up with "eSamadhan - Online Public Grievance Monitoring System" in the year 2008. Since 2018 till date the system has been integrated with other systems also and it has been renamed as Samgr(comprehensive) eSamadhan.
